GET A QUOTATION
Our team will provide you with a complete CIF quotation, plus a quick VAT refund that will be deducted from your total cost.

INVOICE & PAYMENT

We’ll provide you with a full proforma invoice, detailing both the financial and logistical aspects of your vehicle’s export process. Once you’ve reviewed and approved it, simply complete the payment and send us the proof.

We’ll then secure your vehicle by placing a small holding deposit with the dealership.

GET QUOTE FROM DEALERSHIP
Following receipt of your payment, any required documentation will be provided to the dealership by us. An official purchase offer and invoice will then be given to you.

PAYMENT & INSURANCE COVERAGE

Once payment is confirmed, we begin export prep. Your vehicle is fully insured under our Motor Policy until it’s securely loaded into the shipping container. Marine insurance is quoted separately.

EXPORT PREP

Our team will handle the full vehicle inspection and take care of all necessary documentation and export permits.

If you need any additional documents for your export, please let us know as soon as possible so we can process them without delay.

LOGISTICS & DISPATCH

Your vehicle is scheduled on a car carrier, and we send you a detailed booking confirmation. Once all permits and paperwork are complete, export documents are emailed to you and your clearing agent. Original documents, keys, and remotes are securely couriered with tracking for your peace of mind.

FINAL HANDOVER
As your vehicle nears its final destination, FastTrack and your local clearing agent will contact you with all the arrival details. Your agent will manage the necessary clearance procedures ahead of time to ensure a smooth and hassle-free handover upon arrival.
